Greg commenced his finance career over 40 years ago with one of the “big 4” banks. After a successful career with them, he decided to diversify his skills and complete his Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and later his Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
Julie Millar – Operations Manager
Julie has extensive experience working in the finance industry in both the private and public sectors. She has over 12 years’ experience as a team leader and lending manager with major banks in both Australia and New Zealand and over 10 years’ experience in the private funding arena.
Mellisa Dzihwema – Credit Manager
Mellisa brings over 15 years experience working in Mortgage Management, and 5 years as the Head of Credit in that field. With experience in varied roles, Mellisa understands all aspects of a customer’s journey purchasing a first home, first investment property, or growing a portfolio.
Cherese Aitken – Credit Officer
Cherese joined our team last year, bringing with her more than a decade of experience in the finance industry. Before joining us, Cherese worked as a supervisor and senior credit officer, specialising in consumer lending. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Cherese provides a caring service to our customers.
Camron Rossiter - Property Analyst
Cam uses his 25 years + experience in the Real Estate industry to complete market research and property analysis on a variety of real estate options throughout Australia. His wealth of knowledge in market trends and various property segments ensures he is at the forefront in the ever changing property climate.
Vern Raaschou – Finance Consultant
Vern has an extensive career in the finance industry, amassing over 25 years in senior finance management roles and 27 years as a mortgage broker, with a focus on investment property finance. His profound knowledge and experience in the field equip him to deliver exceptional service. Possessing a certification in Finance and Mortgage Broking, he leverages his experience and problem-solving skills to assist clients in learning their financial goals.
Michael Byrom - Property Analyst
With twenty-five years of experience in property, Mike utilises his expertise to provide valuable assistance to clients. He has effectively guided numerous first-time and experienced investors in securing their financial goals. Mike finds fulfillment in having facilitated the achievement of financial objectives for clients over the years.
David Da Silva – In Home Consultant
David commenced his career in the finance industry over 20 years ago. He holds a Bachelor of Business as well as a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage and loves to help clients find the best pathway to achieve their overall goals and objectives.

David has been involved in finance for over 10 years and has held his real estate license since 1998 in both Queensland and Victoria. Throughout his journey, he has met individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with unique stories and aspirations.
