Logan

Ideally situated between Queensland’s capital, Brisbane, and tourist destination the Gold Coast, Logan is one of Australia's fastest-growing areas. Logan has attracted several multinational businesses looking to capitalise on the city’s enviable location and growth potential. The Queensland Government's investment into the Logan Enhancement Project has translated to more jobs, a stronger economy, and significant population growth. In just over 20 years, Logan’s population is predicted to grow by more than 50 percent to around 548,000 residents, leading to an unprecedented level of infrastructure investment, with more than $18 billion of publicly funded projects now underway. Logan offers accessibility to bushlands whilst conveniently situated on the Brisbane to Gold Coast train line, allowing easy transport for commuters.

Why Logan?

Located in South East Queensland, Logan offers high growth and high yields. Creating community is one of the top priorities of Logan City Council and they have committed to providing a further $1.2 billion of infrastructure, ensuring the community has access to first-class amenities. Logan is home to a network of centres, including four primary activity centres: Springwood, Logan Central, Meadowbrook and Beenleigh. Activity centres play an important role in the prosperity and liveability of the growing city. They’re located near major transport infrastructure and provide a growth corridor of state significance for development, employment and services.

As of June 2023, Logan's gross regional product was $16.45 billion, representing a 3.5% increase over the past 12 months. Additionally, Logan experienced significant local job growth, with a rise of 14.8% from June 2018 to June 2023.
