Gladstone Ranks #1 in Regional Queensland

CoreLogic has released the November edition of its Home Value Index Report, which analyses the growth of home values across Australia. This report highlights the top 10 locations in Regional Queensland that have experienced the most significant growth in property values over the past year. Gladstone has secured the top spot, boasting an impressive increase in home values of 26.9% over 12 months. This remarkable growth indicates a rising demand and interest in Gladstone, where the median home value is currently $517,693 as of November 2024. The report reveals that Regional Queensland has experienced a total growth of 67.2% in housing values since March 2020. In the month of October, regional South Australia and regional Queensland experienced the highest growth.
